The IT Specialist 1 provides technical services in an integrated computer network environment involving a full range of system administration functions with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and networking. Family Resource Provider
ICAA Early Head Start/Child Care Partnerships for Sawyer, Rusk, Taylor and Clark Counties
40 hours Non-Exempt, 48 weeks a year

We are accepting applications for a full-time, 48 weeks per year, Early Head Start Family Resource Provider. Major job responsibilities will include establishing mutually respectful partnerships with families, developing Family Partnership Agreements focused on each families individual needs and goals, supporting parent involvement by coordinating and attending parent outreach activities including family activities and parent education trainings, providing crisis intervention to individual families, conducting home visits, following up on child health goals and documenting activities and information in the Agency’s computer database system.

Requirements: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field. Bachelor’s degree desired. A minimum of two years working with children and families desired.
Salary: $13.06 to $15.02/hr.

Responsibilities include retaining, growing, and promoting Chamber membership and activities, and providing leadership to the organization. Additional duties include event coordination and development, financial and administrative management of the organization, public relations and marketing, providing outreach and being a community liaison, and providing education for the members.
